ESC Recommended Exercise of the week #23

Last week we showed you a video using the slam ball. We asked Mike Fouts from OverHaul Fitness to give us some feedback about the video. Here’s what he suggested:

Perform the below series of exercises, one after the other, for 30 seconds each, with a 15 second break in between:

  • Medicine ball wall balls (please be kind to our walls when doing this)
  • Triple extension med ball slam (like in the video)
  • Sprawls (like in the video)
  • Med Ball jump squats (like in the video)
  • Sit ups
  • Break – 1 minute

Repeat x 3 sets

If you’re looking for a different type of slam ball workout or some entertainment try this one. Equipment requirements include: rolled up jean shorts, slouchy toque and mad video editing skills.
