ESC Recommended Exercise of the Week #22

Mike from Overhaul Fitness has donated some medicine balls in the exercise room. Here are a few slam ball exercises to try out and get you going, and we’ll try to get Mike to chime in with some feedback next time around.

Slam ball exercises are great for whole body conditioning, multi-angle core work, and explosive power and stability – a great complement for improving controlled explosive movements on court.
