Julie Multamaki will be running some 4-week ghosting and movement clinics on Saturdays, from February 10-March 3, 2018, and March 17-April 7, 2018, at the Edmonton Squash Club (ESC).
Either clinic will be a great tune-up for those that want to work on improving their lunge and balance as they move into the ball, and also their efficiency of movement off the ball and back to the T, prior to interclub playoffs.
This program focuses on movement fundamentals, split-step, lunging, maintaining balance while changing direction, hitting off the back foot, and basic to advanced movement patterns around the court.
4 x 90-minute clinics for women of all ability levels.
Preference will be given to those ladies who want to do 4 sessions.
A wait list (on a first-come basis) will be created for those ladies who are unable to do 4 sessions.
