While we strive to be a friendly and relaxed club, one area where people are getting a little upset is around the availability of courts during prime-time, especially during the evenings on weekdays. We are currently exploring ways to make courts during these hours more available for general bookings, but at the same time, we have also noticed an uptick in no-shows for bookings of these courts.
Currently, we support court cancellations online up until four hours before the time of the booking to give adequate time for others to pick up a court time. On a case-by-case basis, you can cancel courts by emailing or calling the front desk (and leaving a message if there is no answer) so long as it is not a chronic occurrence. We plan on sending out gentle reminders to no-shows going forward to help you to remember to cancel courts you can’t use on time.
In order to grow as a club and offer new programs and amenities, we need to attract new players to the game and be able to offer court times that are accessible to everyone. We would really appreciate it if people made every effort to use courts that they have booked, especially during high demand periods, or cancel them with enough time to let other book them in your place.
