This afternoon AHS announced enhanced restrictions for COVID-19 hot spots in Alberta, including the Edmonton region. All indoor sports are suspended for a minimum of 2-weeks to help slow the spread of new infections, especially of new variants of concern. Squash Alberta has also sent out an email confirming that squash facilities are included under these new restrictions.
All bookings currently in the system for April 30th or later will be cancelled, and online booking will be suspended pending new guidance from Alberta Health Services.
