Shahier Razik Summer Camp

Shahier was here from July 11th – 16th and we had a great time doing detailed technical work. We offered a Junior Squash camp during the work week for our Junior athletes, and then in the evenings there were Women’s and Men’s sessions. Everyone I heard from felt the camp was incredibly valuable and they all learned a lot from our 7-time National Champion. Thank you Shahier for spending a week with us and we can’t wait to have you here again!

How to choose a new racquet

People are always asking me what the best racquet to buy is, and in all cases the answer is: it depends! Are you a power hitter or a finesse player, do you feel more comfortable with a balanced or a head-light racquet, or do you like the large sweet spot of a tear-drop or the accuracy of a hammer-bar head shape? I’ve been working on a video to help explain my process for choosing a new Squash racquet. Let me know what you think in the comments on Youtube if you have a chance!

Power Rack

Our power rack has finally arrived to complete our equipment in the workout room, so now we have everything you need to do squats, bench press, pull-ups and all manner of other exercises. Please see me at the front desk if you would like a demo.
