New Equipment in the Exercise Room

We’re happy to announce that we got our first shipment of weight and fitness equipment. We now have a brand new Precor EFX 576i elliptical machine, a Torque Fitness F2 functional trainer, a weight bench, a rack of dumbbells from ranging 5lbs to 50lbs, and an Olympic Bar with plates from 2.5 lbs to 45 lbs. Here’s Anne and Ibrahim at work testing the equipment out.

Sportball camps at the ESC

The Edmonton Squash Club is very excited to be offering 1/2 day multi-sport camps for tw0 weeks during the summer for children 6-8 years old. These camps will be focused on multi-sports but will also include a squash component every day.

July 25-29
Morning Half Day: 8:30am-12pm
Afternoon Half Day: 1pm-4:30pm

August 8-12
Morning Half Day: 8:30am-12pm
Afternoon Half Day: 1pm-4:30pm

Shahier Razik Camp

There are only a few spots remaining for the Shahier Razik Camp taking place at the Edmonton Squash Club from July 11th – 16th. Shahier will be focusing on the latest training methods of the modern game for players of all levels and all ages. Sessions will be available for:
Junior Camp – July 11-16 (Monday: 6-9PM, Tuesday – Friday, 10 AM – 1 PM)
Women’s Camp – July 13 (5pm-8pm) & July 15 (4:30 PM – 7:30 PM)
Men’s Camp – July 14-16 (Thursday and Friday: 7:30 PM – 10:30 PM, Saturday: 10 AM – 1 PM)
