Hello all ESC members! In advance of the 2021 ESC open Dec. 3-5, we are looking for some volunteers to help us to be at our best for the tournament.
1) Thursday Dec. 2 4:30 – 6:00 Court cleaning, draws for free beer jugs, watch some level 1 squash afterwards!
To prepare for hosting the ESC open on Dec. 3 – 5 were going to clean the court walls
~~all court cleaners will have their names entered into a draw for one of two free pitchers of beer (to be redeemed anytime)

2) The ESC Open needs some hosts/ambassadors!!!
In order to make the event run smoothly, we need TWO volunteers in each of 6 six time slots. Duties are to verify covid vaccination info for entrants, keep the entrance/exit area clean, dry and safe, assist in registration, help manage the space, and general gopher duties. All the while having the opportunity to watch some great competition!

~~time slots are: Friday evening 5 – 9, Saturday 8 – 11, Saturday 11 – 3, Saturday 3 – 7 & Sunday 8 – 11, Sunday 11 – 3
