ESC Season Opener 2026

The ESC Season Opener is the Edmonton Squash Club’s yearly event to kickoff the start of the 2026-2027 Winter season! This year’s main event is a Singles tournament open to all player levels, and one of the city’s only Doubles tournaments as the companion event.

Event Dates: October 2nd – 4th, 2026
Registration Open Date: August 26th, 2026
Registration Closed Date: September 27th, 2026

Singles tournament cost: Squash AB Members $65, non-members $85
Doubles tournament cost: Squash AB Members $65, non-members $85
Singles and Doubles cost: Squash AB Members $85, non-members $105

ESC New Year Opener 2027

The ESC New Year Opener is the Edmonton Squash Club’s yearly premier Professional Squash Association (PSA) event! As a sanctioned PSA tournament, you can expect to see some of the world’s top players compete against our best homegrown talent. The companion event will be a Singles tournament open to all player levels.

Event Dates: January 7th – 9th, 2027
Registration Open Date: December 7th, 2026
Registration Closed Date: January 1st, 2027

Singles tournament cost: Squash AB Members $105, non-members $125

Title Sponsorship Opportunities

In January 2027, The Edmonton Squash Club will host a PSA event. The event will run alongside a local amateur tournament that will bring in additional players and fans across Western Canada. We are seeking sponsors with options for the signage and Adboard messaging to remain in place on the courts and on the digital Adboard for 12 months.
