Active Flow & Yin Yoga

The Edmonton Squash Club is excited to be offering 6 weeks of Yoga. Classes run from every Tuesday from February 28st – April 4th. Active flow yoga runs at 10 AM and Yin yoga starts at 11 AM.

Pick the class that will best compliment your squash game. Yin Yoga will work on slow, more static practice that creates flexibility by lengthening your body’s connective tissue and Active Flow Yoga will focus on continuous flow from posture to posture improving your strength, cardio and flexibility.
